SEQUIN
SEQUIN is a software for quantitative image processing of SPECT and PET images. It has been developped as a collaborative effort of 6 research labs participating to the French "Quantification in Nuclear Imaging" group, with the support of the French "Ministère de la Recherche", as part as the 1999-2001 "Action Concertée Incitative". , soutenu par le ministère de la Recherche, dans le cadre d'une Action Concertée Incitative 1999-2001.

Pixies
Pixies is the software we use to develop methods for the analysis of time or energy image series, for instance for our projects concerned with Factor Analysis of Medical Image Sequences. Pixies has been developed as part as a collaboration between the U494 INSERM research lab and the Apteryx company, that was supported by the French Ministère de la Recherche.

SimSET
SimSET is a software we use for Monte Carlo simulations of SPECT and PET data. We validated SimSET in the context of Tc-99m SPECT acquisitions and we are still working with this software as part as our project Standardization and validation of SPECT and PET Monte Carlo simulators.

GATE
GATE is a software for Monte Carlo simulations in SPECT and PET that is currently developped at the University of Lausanne. We participate to the development and validation of this simulator as part as our project Contribution to the design and validation of the GATE PET and SPECT Monte Carlo simulator.
